📋 Description

• Part of a dynamic sales team tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of inside sales and the automotive industry. • Acquire new business relationships by winning distribution partners over the phone. • Persuade them with tailored product solutions to build long-term relationships. • Actively shape the sales process while relying on coaching from your team leader. • Report regularly to your Team Lead; together you keep an eye on your KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales. • Strong communication skills. • Skill in active listening to manage customer expectations. • High self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking. • Very good German communication skills, both spoken and written.
