📋 Description

• Part of a dynamic sales team • Develop new business relationships via telephone sales (telesales) • Persuade clients with tailored product solutions • Actively shape the sales process with coaching from the team lead • Regular reporting to the team lead for KPI monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales • Strong communication skills • Skilled in active listening • High self-motivation • Solution-oriented mindset • Excellent verbal and written German communication skills
