📋 Description

• Partner with strategic customers to help them maximize the value of Autodesk solutions and achieve their business goals • Provide technical guidance, consulting, and adoption services • Support customers in improving workflows and increasing collaboration across the project lifecycle • Drive successful customer outcomes and accelerate adoption of Autodesk products and platforms • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer organizations • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders • Report to the Manager, Technical Adoption, EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field • Experience working with AEC construction project workflows across the project lifecycle • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management • Knowledge of the German construction industry, with established networks that enable you to build strong customer relationships and expand adoption of Autodesk solutions • Fluency in English; and German language is essential • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Additional knowledge of Autodesk desktop tools and/or Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) is preferred • Experience using Autodesk AEC tools, for example Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, in real-world project environments is preferred • Experience delivering engaging technical training and enablement programs for enterprise customers is preferred • Experience identifying opportunities to improve AEC workflows through Autodesk Forma is preferred • Experience collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams is preferred • Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset is preferred • Passion for helping customers learn, adopt new technologies, and achieve successful outcomes is preferred
