📋 Description

• Analyze radiologists’ workflows and reporting practices. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. • Configure reporting templates and software settings to meet individual needs. • Develop and implement customer-specific adoption strategies. • Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and enablement activities for radiologists and key users. • Build trusted relationships and support users in the safe and effective use of technology and workflows. • Translate on-site observations into actionable product insights. • Analyze usage data, prioritize relevant stakeholders, and develop power users into advocates. • Use AI tools to optimize daily processes and internal workflows. • Identify automation opportunities and establish best practices. • Evaluate new features with customers and internal stakeholders, support beta programs, and validate innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of clinical reporting workflows, medical terminology, and structured templates. • Ideally, experience with speech recognition software, reporting solutions, or other radiology technologies. • Clinical or technical background. • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build trust with radiologists, IT teams, and department leaders. • Understanding of training, user adoption, habits, and change management. • Digital fluency in healthcare IT environments, software configuration, and workflow discussions. • Regular use of AI tools, with the ability to validate results and communicate their practical value. • Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to test new ideas and provide feedback. • German (C1–C2) and English (C1) required.
