📋 Description

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise • Help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve business outcomes • Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption • Deliver digital content through 1:Many webinars for end users • Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards of quality and consistency • Solve specific customer challenges through digital content • Support medium and large enterprise customers worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and either advanced-level French • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in a production environment • 5–6 years of Civil Engineering or related field experience • Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • Public speaking/presentation skills • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is beneficial
