📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders • Own the planning and management of paid channels including Google AdWords, Gartner sites, G2, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads • Ensure advertising accounts and associated components comply with respective policies • Ensure ads are running according to the advertising plan • Propose, initiate, and implement experiments to explore growth opportunities and increase lead generation month over month against the planned budget • Own the entire lead funnel from lead generation to closed wins • Propose, initiate, and implement optimizations in advertising channels • AutoLeap provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software platform for automotive repair shops

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academics from a top institution • 5-6 years of experience in managing paid channels, particularly Google Ads • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels • Eagerness to learn new channels and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality • Proven track record of past successes and role progression • Analytical mindset • Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks • Passion for demand generation, exploring and building new channels • Passion for startups and solving tough problems
