📋 Description

• Support in standardizing documents and implementing process improvements, including the associated KPIs • Assist in creating new templates at local and global levels • Support evaluation of online surveys and development of potential solution proposals • Draft process descriptions and work instructions • Support the implementation of standardized processes, e.g., by training employees

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences, or a related field • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Meticulous, conscientious, and able to work independently • Enjoy working in global teams • Very good written and spoken English and German
