• Manage and oversee monthly client accounting operations within Zoho Books. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records. • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies. • Perform detailed reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. • Plan and execute data migration projects from various accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to Zoho Books. • Develop customized migration strategies tailored to each client's business operations. • Ensure zero downtime and seamless business operations during live migration processes. • Guarantee secure and thorough transfer of financial data, including legacy data up to 20 years. • Offer up to 6 months of post-migration support to ensure clients are fully proficient and comfortable with the new system. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration and accounting projects. • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics. • Stay updated with the latest developments in Zoho Books and other accounting software. • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of migration projects.
• Inter Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance • Minimum 2–3 years of professional accounting experience • Strong proficiency in online accounting software (Zoho Books preferred) • Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: IF formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including client or business-facing interactions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to work independently , manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment • Ability to work EST hours (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST) consistently
