📋 Description

• Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release • Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers • Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials • Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time • Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technology project management experience • Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation • Any software development experience would be a plus • Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable • Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills • PMP or similar certifications are advantageous
