• Have experience or a strong interest in the financial market, investments, banking, credit, insurance, foreign exchange (FX), or related areas; • Have worked at banks, brokerages, advisory firms, investment consultancies, fintechs, family offices, insurers, or other financial institutions; • Possess a solid technical background in financial products such as fixed income, funds, pension/retirement products, equities, credit, FX, insurance, and banking solutions; • Demonstrate a track record of high performance, whether in consultative sales, client relationship management, analysis, planning, or operations; • Can explain financial topics simply, clearly, and responsibly; • Have a consultative mindset and understand that high-quality relationships are more valuable than short-term sales; • Enjoy learning, studying, and staying up to date on the economic environment, financial products, regulation, and investor behavior; • Have an ownership mentality, client responsibility, and a commitment to excellence; • Want to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
