📋 Description

• Lead (sub-)projects in analysis and operational restructuring and act as the primary client contact on site. • Develop innovative solutions by analyzing complex corporate situations and identifying weaknesses and potential opportunities. • Set clear goals together with partners, clients and colleagues and manage their implementation – from strategy to operational execution. • Confidently moderate negotiations and alignment meetings in German and English, bringing all stakeholders together. • Take initiative, assume responsibility and support the personal and professional development of your colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in business administration, engineering or a related field and have professional experience in independently leading (sub-)projects. • Strategic thinking, technical know-how and a strong analytical mindset are among your strengths. • You communicate clearly, persuasively and empathetically – even in challenging situations – and find pragmatic solutions. • You are proficient in conducting negotiations and moderations in both German and English.
