📋 Description

• Work closely with a senior member of the research team on Applied AI, infrastructure, and tooling • Build a RAG pipeline on top of internal documents • Create a Python library on top of AWS services to enable GenAI for large enterprises • Open-source internal tools • Implement neural network architectures from newly published papers • Develop tools using fine-tuned models, vector databases, and embeddings • Develop realistic simulations for training agents • Design automated methods and tools to prevent neural network training issues such as overfitting, vanishing gradients, and dead ReLUs • Create visualizations to understand what neural networks learn and why

🎯 Requirements

• Very comfortable writing Python • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and engineering mathematics • Familiarity with PyTorch and training deep neural networks preferred but not mandatory • Excitement to work on open-source code • Passion for engineering best practices • Self-directed and independent • Strong English language skills are a must • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
