📋 Description

• Present scientific products and explain their applications to prospective customers • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable biology and laboratory product solutions • Provide technical product training and demonstrations to customers and distributors • Support sales teams with scientific expertise, proposals, and customer follow-up • Gather market feedback and collaborate on product launches and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a relevant scientific field • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing scientific role • Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, or an equivalent scientific field • Hands-on experience with microbiology workflows, molecular biology techniques, PCR-related products, culture media, reagents, or general laboratory instrumentation • Fluency in English • Availability during Eastern and Mountain Time business hours • A home-office setup with reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work and meetings • Preferred: Familiarity with biotechnology research products or laboratory consumables • Preferred: Experience presenting or explaining laboratory products and running demonstrations or training • Preferred: Experience working alongside sales teams or distributors • Preferred: Familiarity with distributor-led scientific sales
