📋 Description

• Review B2B contracts for clients, vendors and partners, including NDAs, demo agreements, onboarding materials, insurance documentation and certificates of insurance (COIs) • Identify contractual obligations and potential risks; prepare summaries, risk matrices, checklists and recommendations • Help Business Development, Sales and internal teams understand contractual requirements and next steps • Support the contract lifecycle by coordinating documentation and follow-up actions through review and signature, and tracking obligations after execution • Maintain accurate contract records and document versions, supporting record retention and audit preparation • Assist with vendor and partner due diligence and compliance reviews by gathering documentation and flagging items requiring further assessment • Track and prioritize requests in Jira or a similar tool, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, dependencies and timelines • Escalate complex, sensitive or higher-risk matters to Compliance & Legal and follow established review and approval processes • Improve checklists and workflows; use approved automation and AI tools responsibly while protecting confidential information and validating outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in contract analysis, compliance or a similar role within a corporate B2B environment • Experience working with U.S. contracts or supporting U.S. clients in a contract or compliance capacity • Advanced English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to review documents and communicate clearly in both languages • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information • Ability to manage concurrent requests, organize documentation and follow through on deadlines • Collaborative approach to supporting internal clients, balancing urgency with accuracy and responding promptly during agreed working hours • University degree in Law preferred • Experience in healthcare, another regulated industry, or technology preferred • Experience in a medium or large company, or a consulting firm, handling a high volume of clients and requests preferred • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing requests and priorities preferred
