📋 Description

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone • Explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately • Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs • Explain relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions • Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements • Follow applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection • Sell insurance covering an outstanding loan balance under policy-defined circumstances

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian • Good working English • Good working knowledge of MS Office • Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance • Qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Norwegian market • Evidence of training, experience and any registration or authorisation required for the role • Responsible, customer-focused approach to sales • Confident and professional on the phone • Own hardware (PC and/or laptop) available for work • Internet bandwidth of more than 50.000 Mbit/s
