📋 Description

• Help shape and execute a company-wide AI enablement program • Turn the overall enablement strategy into concrete initiatives for different target groups across the organization • Plan and coordinate trainings, workshops, use-case sessions, communications, and other enablement activities • Prepare selected workshops and events in detail and facilitate or co-facilitate sessions where appropriate • Coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners • Drive practical, self-service AI adoption and help users apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work • Establish KPIs and a measurement framework to track adoption, effectiveness, and impact • Use feedback and data to continuously improve the enablement approach and ensure measurable value

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in program/project management, enablement, change management, or a comparable role • Hands-on experience designing and coordinating trainings, workshops, enablement programs, or adoption initiatives • Ability to develop structured enablement approaches for different audiences • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to work with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners • Ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete formats, activities, and deliverables and drive implementation • Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, effectiveness, and impact • Good practical understanding of AI and Generative AI • Hands-on, pragmatic, highly organized working style combined with strategic thinking • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and curiosity to experiment with new tools and translate them into practical value for users • Experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AI-enabled ways of working (nice-to-have) • Experience facilitating or co-facilitating workshops and enablement sessions (nice-to-have)
