📋 Description

• Support the Head of Wholesale in executing retail and commercial strategies across wholesale partners and markets • Track and report on retail sales, wholesale revenue, account performance and key KPIs • Maintain retail launch and promotional calendars • Monitor product performance, stock health and assortment effectiveness • Coordinate new product launches, including retailer setup, product information, creative assets and documentation • Maintain accurate retailer assortments for new products and discontinuations • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Education, Supply Chain and Operations on launches and campaigns • Support onboarding of new retail partners • Manage day-to-day communication with designated retail partners • Prepare retailer presentations, sell-in materials, performance reports and business reviews • Coordinate visual merchandising updates and monitor in-store execution • Track competitor activity and market trends • Maintain retailer digital brand pages and product listings • Coordinate retailer promotional activity, sampling, GWPs, retail media, digital campaigns and in-store activations • Support trade marketing budget tracking, product allocations and campaign logistics • Maintain records of retailer commercial terms and account information • Partner with Finance on invoice tracking and outstanding payments • Coordinate retailer meetings, agendas and follow-up actions

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in wholesale, sales, account management or retail marketing • Beauty industry experience a plus • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Right to work in Australia • Must answer qualification and qualification-date question
