📋 Description

• Own the storeLink ESL roadmap • Prioritize features based on customer evidence and portfolio economics • Drive product evidence that converts early pilots into enterprise-wide rollouts • Reduce labor in high-effort store workflows • Lead product discovery with engineering and UX teams, often directly in stores • Prove product value and address viability risks before committing build capacity • Analyze per-store costs, labor savings, and margins • Evaluate retailer customization requests against portfolio-wide lifetime value • Design strategic pilots with explicit success and kill criteria • Define test dates and stop initiatives early when data requires a pivot • Partner with sales, operations, legal, and hardware teams on roadmap decisions • Build pricing models and coordinate installation and support at chain scale • Cultivate retailer relationships from initial pilot through long-term operation • Position storeLink as a leading labor-reducing electronic shelf label solution

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with Electronic Shelf Labels • Ownership of a product line accountable for critical business metrics such as retention, conversion, or margin • Experience with hardware and software integrated products, IoT, or large-scale retail technology deployments • Experience involving enterprise customers and complex B2B deal cycles • Track record of building unit economics and business cases • Ability to kill or pivot initiatives based on early data and stakeholder communication • Practical use of AI in daily workflows • Preferred experience shipping features built on machine learning, advanced statistics, or LLMs • Deep understanding of retail operations, pricing systems, POS integration, and planogram management • Experience specifically within grocery, drug, dollar, or mass retailers • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
