📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to managers and directors, supporting the analysis and monitoring of monthly performance results • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and customer experience metrics • Identify performance deviations against targets and conduct structured root cause analyses • Support the development and facilitation of executive performance review forums • Lead the translation of strategic planning into goals, KPIs, and initiatives, from the executive to the operational level • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution, maintaining consistency in the definition of KPIs and targets • Structure and monitor action plans to improve results • Apply performance management and continuous improvement methodologies • Develop studies and analyses to support decision-making • Support the enhancement of management tools, dashboards, and reports • Promote a data- and results-driven culture • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience in strategic planning, performance management, or business intelligence • Experience analyzing metrics and managing targets • Experience translating strategic plans into KPIs and tactical action plans • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience creating executive presentations • Knowledge and practical experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT • Ability to create effective prompts for AI applications • This position is also open to candidates with disabilities
