📋 Description

• Lead and support the creation of new ventures, working from the identification of strategic opportunities through to the structuring and validation of new business models. • Support the mapping of opportunities for new ventures through market analysis, trend monitoring, consumer behavior studies, and competitive dynamics analysis. • Conduct market research and strategic analyses, including TAM, SAM and SOM, competitive benchmarking, and the development of business hypotheses. • Participate in building business theses and business cases, including value proposition, revenue model, unit economics, and the definition of strategic milestones. • Prepare executive materials (presentations, analyses and narratives) for discussions and decision gates with C-level executives. • Collaborate with product, design and technology teams to translate the business thesis into MVP roadmaps, with exposure to initiatives involving AI applied to business contexts. • Support initial go-to-market initiatives, growth experiments and tracking of performance metrics. • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing to solving complex problems in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA is considered a plus. • Prior experience in business/strategy consulting (large firm or boutique) or in areas such as strategy, new ventures, growth or BizOps. • Experience in strategic projects, business analysis or corporate planning. • Strong analytical skills and structured reasoning. • Comfortable with business modeling, basic financial analysis and building business cases. • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to develop executive storytelling. • Fluency in English. • Intellectual curiosity, a practical (hands-on) mindset and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with different professional profiles.
