📋 Description

• Manages customer solutions including revenue growth, key business metrics, and customer satisfaction while driving corporate strategy implementation • Analyzes customer business strategies and future product plans to align company offerings and resources • Serves as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for identified deliverables • Manages end-to-end order fulfillment for sustaining program accounts • Manages customer accounts, including revenue growth, P&L profitability, business metrics, and customer satisfaction • Coordinates with support organizations to deliver customer service-level expectations • Ensures customer adherence to contractual agreements and identifies options for additional ROI • Develops customer-focused strategies leveraging product and solution offerings • Develops strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and peers • Manages complex strategic accounts • Negotiates contract changes related to customer requirements, lifecycle issues, enhancements, upgrades, and increased sales • Manages global service logistics and service parts planning • Supports a global network of 140 forward stocking locations and logistics across 57 countries • Drives customer on-time delivery SLAs for next-business-day and 4-hour service orders while maintaining cost goals • Executes service parts planning strategies for new buy and repair to maximize part availability • Oversees process improvements with third-party repair partners and logistics providers • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained • Must manage global accounts • May require an Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical education • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) • Highly skilled in utilization of ERP systems • Strong service logistics and planning experience • Analytical skills to assess and drive productivity metrics and key performance indicators • Ability to plan, problem-solve, and provide innovative solution suggestions • Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering • 5+ years' experience in the service supply chain space • 3+ years' experience managing hardware service operations at the regional or global level • Parts Planning software experience; Baxter Planning software experience preferred
