• Proven experience as an Account Executive with a strong outbound focus and experience closing enterprise deals. • Comfortable sourcing your own leads and opening conversations with cold prospects. • Confident selling to founders and senior decision-makers in a B2B environment. • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. • Experience in the US market. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales automation tools. • Fluent English and clear, persuasive communication. • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high accountability and autonomy.
