📋 Description

• Provide highly visible customer support • Perform on-site installation of complex equipment and systems • Oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair • Check and approve operational quality of system equipment • Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance • Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects • Interpret customer needs and determine whether issues should be handled by sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers • Provide field support for system hardware, software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2–4 years of professional experience • Experience supporting, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing complex equipment and systems • Knowledge of system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking • Ability to instruct customers in system operation and maintenance • Ability to interpret customer needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution • Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation where necessary
