📋 Description

• Grow the developer base using Axelera technologies • Build trust and credibility within Axelera AI and third-party developer communities • Engage audiences, promote products, and maintain a useful, well-moderated community • Respond to technical questions across the community platform, GitHub, and social channels • Help developers debug driver issues, SDK compatibility issues, and performance tuning problems • Develop and share product updates, tutorials, social updates, and newsletters • Use AI tools to draft, repurpose, and localize content while maintaining technical accuracy • Maintain relationships with influencers, edge AI leaders, power users, hobbyists, and integrators • Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups, both in person and virtually • Showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities • Gather and route community feedback to product teams • Advocate for community-requested features and model zoo additions • Grow the community while maintaining forum quality, categorization, tagging, and response-time SLAs • Use AI-assisted tools to triage and route incoming questions • Track response times, resolution rates, sentiment, growth, and other community health metrics • Use AI-assisted analysis to identify trends and actionable insights • Encourage Voyager SDK issues, forks, pull requests, and other open-source contributions • Collaborate with community members and internal engineering to resolve public technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape • Experience in community management or developer relations in a technical company, ideally semiconductor, embedded, or AI/ML tooling • Existing presence or credibility within AI/developer communities • Track record of building relationships with technical stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to translate SDK-level and hardware-level detail into clear content for hobbyists through enterprise engineers • Comfort with GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack-style tools, social channels, and community management tooling • Practical fluency with modern AI tools, including LLM-based writing/research assistants, AI-assisted analytics, and content generation tools • Ability to critically evaluate AI output and perform human review and accuracy checks • Good working understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle • Ability to follow discussions around model deployment, drivers, and pipeline building • Experience with or genuine interest in maker communities, including Raspberry Pi, Arduino, single-board computers, or home automation • Genuine interest in supporting a technical, self-sustaining community • Ability to design and execute community strategies driving engagement and product adoption • Comfort working with engagement data and metrics • English resume required
