📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in Energy & Utilities, EMEA • Build strategic technical relationships with power and utility ISVs, including transmission, grid operations, power simulation, DER and renewable integration, digital twins, and simulation • Advise on technical enablement resources such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools • Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs • Map, track, and supervise the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, advise technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies • Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, tackle technical challenges, and promote integration best practices • Represent partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, providing field-deployment insights to influence product roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the designated ecosystem • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs in the Energy vertical and with ISVs • Technical proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to distill complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops • Ability to structure and implement sophisticated technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders • Experience with major power system, utility, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or energy management software platforms • Experience working directly with major European utilities, grid operators, OEMs, EPCs, or energy technology companies • Knowledge of GPU computing, CUDA, AI/ML, generative AI, optimization, simulation, or high-performance computing • Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs
