📋 Description

• Manage technical interactions with customers in India and act as the technical expert on Axelera AI’s platform • Guide customers through evaluation, adoption, and deployment of Axelera AI hardware, including PCIe boards, modules, and vision gateways • Use the Voyager SDK to deploy AI models and pipelines on Axelera platforms • Address customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve technical issues directly or through R&D coordination • Collaborate with R&D teams across Europe and India to ensure seamless technical support • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism • Support Sales in expanding existing accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins • Track customer interactions and ensure effective follow-ups and communication • Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements • Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights • Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation • Advocate for customers internally, drive product enhancements, and ensure responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or Artificial Intelligence industry in a customer-facing application development or technical support role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology • Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA • Experience using a high-level ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow • Solid understanding of embedded systems • Practical experience with embedded hardware • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel to company sites as needed, with 30%+ travel expected • Python and C/C++ skills are required and will be verified during the process • Resume must be in English
