📋 Description

• Support the digitalization of district, city, and municipal administrations alongside your project team • Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the corresponding administrative departments • Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners • Train end users after the software implementation • Comprehensive, hands‑on onboarding by a mentor (including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training, and conferences) • A collaborative team culture and an autonomous scope of responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, public administration, or economics, or vocational qualification as a public administration clerk (m/f/d) • Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Experience in project management (ideally from internships or working‑student positions) • Willingness for continuous professional development and lifelong learning • Independent working style, strong self‑motivation, and organizational skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
