📋 Description

• Drive digitalization initiatives for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the adjacent specialist departments • Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners • Train end users following software implementation • Receive comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding from a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training and conferences • Experience a strong team culture and a clearly defined area of responsibility with independent tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration or Business/Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) • Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Project management experience (ideally through internships or working-student positions) • Eagerness for continuous learning and professional development • Independent working style, high self-motivation and organizational skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Excellent written and spoken German
