📋 Description

• Driving digitalization initiatives for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments • Providing process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners • Training end users following software implementation • Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding by a dedicated mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training and conferences • A strong team culture and an autonomous area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Business/Economics, or completed vocational training as a public administration clerk (m/f/d) • Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Experience in project management (ideally through internships or working-student positions) • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and lifelong learning • Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Excellent written and spoken German skills
