📋 Description

• Digitalize district, city, and municipal administrations together with the project team • Analyze and optimize processes related to financial software and adjacent specialist departments • Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with clients and partners • Train users after software implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, public administration, business administration, or a related field, or training as an administrative employee (m/f/d) • Initial knowledge of accounting is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Experience in project management, ideally gained through internships or working student positions • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and lifelong learning • Independent and self-directed working style • High level of self-motivation and strong organizational skills • Willingness to travel within the region • Excellent written and spoken German
