📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for implementing software solutions in financial accounting and related processes for public administrations and churches • Ensuring project objectives are met in terms of quality, schedule, and budget • Coordinating stakeholders at all levels • Organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and acceptance testing • Working closely with customers, internal project teams, and external service providers • Ensuring project documentation is maintained and regularly reporting on project progress • Managing requirements and conducting risk analyses • Deriving and implementing appropriate measures • Starting as a Consultant with comprehensive onboarding in software solutions and project methodology • Gradually preparing to take on project management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or public administration, ideally with a focus on financial accounting • Initial experience managing IT or software projects • Ideally, industry experience in local government administration • Ideally, knowledge of financial accounting and municipal budgeting processes • Knowledge of traditional and agile project management • Ideally, certification such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Empathy when working with diverse stakeholders • Willingness to travel within North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland • Business-fluent German
