📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for multiple e-commerce client projects • Own growth and revenue targets, as well as the overall performance of client projects • Coordinate the Paid Media, Creative, Copywriting, and Conversion teams • Assign tasks, track execution, and lead the internal weekly meeting • Reallocate budgets profitably, identify deviations at an early stage, and initiate corrective action • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead strategic client meetings • Communicate and defend decisions clearly and persuasively, including with senior management • Ideally, take ownership of a marketing channel and bring learnings back to the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on operational experience in an e-commerce marketing channel, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Native Advertising • Understanding of how the other channels work together; this is not a role for a single-channel specialist • Strong command of ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin, as well as the impact of new and returning customers on allowable costs • Demonstrated project and performance ownership in e-commerce—not purely advisory—ideally across multiple projects in parallel • Hands-on experience managing client relationships • German language skills at least at a basic level will be assessed in the application form
