📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for implementing software solutions for financial accounting and related processes at public administrations and churches • Ensuring that project objectives relating to quality, timelines, and budget are met • Coordinating stakeholders at all levels • Organizing and moderating workshops, training sessions, and acceptance tests • Working closely with customers, internal project teams, and external service providers • Ensuring comprehensive project documentation and regularly reporting on project progress • Managing requirements and conducting risk analyses, as well as deriving appropriate measures • Starting as a Consultant with intensive onboarding in software solutions and project methodologies • Gradually preparing to take on project management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on financial accounting • Initial experience managing IT or software projects • Industry experience in municipal administration is a plus • Knowledge of financial accounting and municipal budgeting processes is a plus • Knowledge of project management methods—both traditional and agile—ideally complemented by certifications such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Empathy when working with diverse stakeholders • Willingness to travel within the German states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland • Business-fluent German
