📋 Description

• Provide mid- to long-term legal support to a leading global client in digital assets and fintech • Act as the primary legal advisor for a portfolio of equities and structured or innovative products throughout their lifecycle, from design and launch through enhancement and exit • Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts • Build program-level documentation where needed • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including financial promotions, market conduct, and licensing issues • Coordinate with internal regulatory, compliance, and risk teams • Work with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions • Structure new initiatives and manage legal risk • Manage external counsel • Contribute to internal guidance and training • Help develop scalable legal processes and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–12+ years PQE in structured products, ECM, derivatives, or broader capital markets, from in-house or private practice • Experience with global or US-underlying equity programs, such as DRs, structured equity, IPOs, or program-level documentation would be advantageous • Crypto, digital assets, or tokenization experience is advantageous but not required • Proven experience drafting and structuring complex capital markets or structured product documentation • Ability to build terms and programs from the ground up with minimal supervision • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check • Must provide proof of identity and possess necessary legal authorization to work
