📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and structure complex technology agreements, including AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS), SaaS, Cloud Outsourcing, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and data licensing deals • Design and implement internal AI governance policies covering ethical AI usage, algorithmic bias prevention, and deepfake/synthetic media mitigation • Formulate commercial terms defining risk allocation, service level agreements (SLAs), data security commitments, and liability caps for algorithmic failures • Provide rapid risk assessments on product features, user interfaces, content moderation, and consumer protection • Coordinate with compliance and technical teams to ensure automated decision-making systems meet sector-specific regulatory standards for explainability and non-discrimination

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in TMT law, intellectual property, or data privacy • Experience handling AI governance, data scraping, or machine learning commercial agreements would be an advantage • Ability to coordinate with compliance and technical teams on automated decision-making systems • Ability to address regulatory standards for explainability and non-discrimination • Necessary legal authorization to work • Successful completion of a background check • Proof of identity
