📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain productized integrations with third-party data platforms, initially Databricks • Ensure integrations meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, testability, and operational resilience • Master how integrated platforms store, process, and govern access to sensitive data • Evaluate APIs, SDKs, integration patterns, and platform capabilities • Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, UX, QA, and security specialists across Europe • Participate in sprint planning, architectural design discussions, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD delivery • Deliver production-ready integration components, automated tests, prototypes, technical documentation, and reference implementations • Drive the evolution of integration capabilities, engineering practices, developer tooling, and reusable libraries

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Greece • At least 7 years of software engineering experience in enterprise-grade integration environments or closely related domains • Solid programming proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript; Java strongly preferred • Front-end experience with React is an advantage • Experience integrating with third-party enterprise data systems such as Snowflake, RDBMS, NoSQL, BigData, or comparable architectures • Practical Data Steward experience configuring, enforcing, and maintaining data access policies within enterprise platforms • In-depth understanding of data storage/processing engines, access control mechanisms, and data catalog solutions • Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with multi-system integrations, strict security constraints, and diverse stakeholders • Java Spring Boot or EE • Gradle / Maven • JPA / Hibernate • Spring Security with OAuth2 resource-server configuration (JWT/JWKS) • Solid command of REST APIs, SDK development, event-driven or messaging patterns, and distributed integration architectures • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Nice to have: Databricks development experience, Flyway / Liquibase, Keycloak, Spring Modulith, OpenAPI / Swagger, SonarQube, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
