📋 Description

• Drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions for public safety and adjacent sectors • Serve as the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem • Act as technical liaison between Axon, customers, and strategic delivery partners • Follow up on customer requests • Support existing customers in collaboration with the sales team • Manage tickets and RMAs through the full adoption lifecycle with internal teams • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers • Focus on customer loyalty and proactively suggest innovative ways to help customers succeed • Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms • Perform installation and commissioning • Travel nationally and internationally, up to approximately 40%

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills • Tactical focus on managing customer success adoption • Mission-driven mentality, high motivation, and drive to execute tasks • Strong technical foundation and working knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts • Knowledge of integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems • Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains • Ability to legally live in the territory and travel to other countries as required; may require personally obtaining work and travel visas • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and build strong partnerships • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Trello
