📋 Description

• Ensure highly available, resilient, and maintainable systems supporting business growth • Automate monitoring, continuous integration, and delivery • Develop and implement automated provisioning solutions for applications and infrastructure • Provision and maintain cloud infrastructures in Azure • Design, implement, and maintain Identity Provider integrations including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Okta • Manage SSO, federated identity, and MFA configurations • Provide operational and system expertise to software delivery teams • Resolve issues reported through Service Desk systems • Optimize information access and server infrastructure performance and integrity • Maintain server build documentation, configuration standards, and infrastructure architecture documentation • Develop corrective action plans and Root Cause Analysis documents for internal and client distribution • Automate and streamline infrastructure operations and DevOps processes • Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operations tools using the latest technologies, including Agentic AI • Monitor the technical environment and ensure timely resolution of technical issues • Identify system performance issues and oversee development and correct use of resolution tools • Support and maintain customer-facing production, QA, and development environments • Report and manage risk in line with ISO 27001 controls • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures • Communicate across technology departments and collaborate with database programmers, analysts, and system administrators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent work experience • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Understanding of DevOps tools for developing digital pipelines • Experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for computing environments • Capability to specify, design, and/or implement system health and performance monitoring tools • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure • Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Services, Log Analytics, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage accounts, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Solid expertise with Identity Providers, including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Identity, and Okta • Knowledge of SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and Auth0 protocols • Experience managing user lifecycle, directory synchronization, and RBAC across hybrid and multi-cloud environments • Knowledge of Entra ID and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) • Knowledge of Terraform and Terragrunt • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server would be a plus • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and web services technology stack layers • Knowledge of AI concepts, Python, and Azure Foundry would be a plus • Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Conditional Access policies would be a plus • Knowledge of FinOps practices would be a plus • Solid technical troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision • Ability to partner with internal Customer teams to drive improvements, goals, and prioritization • Fluent English
