📋 Description
• Design and iterate worksheets, handbooks, checklists, and slide handouts for member programs in Figma • Build and maintain a Figma component library for consistent output • Prepare export-ready files with accessibility in mind • Create on-brand carousels, infographics, quote cards, covers, and thumbnails for Instagram • Develop reusable templates for series (tips, challenges, testimonials, announcements) • Quality-check for hierarchy, color accuracy, and readability on mobile • Evolve the design system over time and maintain a shared library of approved visuals
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of past work • Advanced Figma (auto-layout, components, variables/tokens, responsive frames) • Strong typography, spacing, layout, and information hierarchy • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear visual narratives • Excellent file organization and handoff discipline; clear written communication in English
