📋 Description

• Create a detailed business plan for the assigned region • Lead sales and marketing activities through the shared team to achieve goals and targets • Frequently report planned versus actual business goals to the board and management • Independently grow and manage Convene business in the assigned domestic or international region

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAAS Software sales • Experience handling BFSI customers • Experience handling government agencies • High analytical and inquisitive mind to foresee and report market trends • Ability to present company and product values as a brand ambassador • Ability to manage different types of sales cycles from start to end to meet sales targets • B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science/IT • Any graduation with minimum 5 years of experience in an IT/Software company • MBA/PGDM in Marketing • Pleasing personality, professional attitude, good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Tangible proof of past performance • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally preferred • Ability to communicate in international languages preferred • Flexibility and willingness to work according to international time zones
