📋 Description

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client • Align project scope and objectives with client expectations • Identify resources and tasks needed for projects • Serve as the main client contact throughout the engagement and onboarding cycle • Provide project updates through meetings and emails • Manage client expectations and clearly communicate and document changes • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and send progress reports to clients and senior leaders • Support client onboarding and software handover by gathering client needs, organizing walkthroughs, and facilitating client training • Review, process, and respond to client queries within team-defined turnaround times • Track and monitor ESG reporting requirements and trends in covered markets and jurisdictions • Contribute to process improvements and further development of the ESG product offering with IT, Marketing, and other departments • Take ownership of production targets, deliver high-quality outputs, and meet deadlines • Contribute to periodic internal training sessions to develop the team's knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Development/Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a relevant field (Sustainability, Environmental Science, or International Human Rights is good to have but not required) • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in project management for a SaaS product • Superior client-facing skills • Proven ability to define Statements of Work (SOW) and manage client expectations regarding changes, costs, and timelines • Experience with project risk and issue management, including identification, documentation, mitigation, and escalation management • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including communicating project status, technical issues, and risks to technical teams and executive-level clients • Ability to motivate and lead diverse, cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts • Adaptability and effective problem-solving skills • Some knowledge of ESG reporting requirements, such as annual and sustainability reports • Fluent in English and Thai • Excellent research, analytical, and time management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly deadlines • Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team • SaaS/software implementation experience managing B2B software, ERP, CRM, or specialized SaaS platform implementations from kick-off to Go-Live is a plus, not required • Experience in issuer/client communication and working with teams across different geographies is preferred • Certifications on international frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, or SASB are good to have but not required
