📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers; maintain a live risk log and escalate issues with recommended solutions. • Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including tracking SLAs and delivery commitments. • Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage workflows, maintain healthy backlogs, and ensure iterative delivery. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Own billing, time tracking, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Plan and optimize resource allocation. • Lead and support cross-functional teams through performance coaching, clear communication, and structured problem-solving. • Create and maintain timelines, risk registers, status reports, RACI matrices, and resource allocation plans. • Communicate project updates, escalations, and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders. • Leverage Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation to improve delivery efficiency, reporting, documentation, and risk identification.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects across the full SDLC. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action. • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Notion for project tracking and documentation. • Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) in a professional project delivery context. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. • Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) • Based in Latin America. • Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead is nice to have. • Hands-on familiarity with software development workflows: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, API concepts, or sprint-level technical reviews is nice to have. • Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects is nice to have. • Familiarity with prompt engineering applied to documentation, reporting, or team productivity workflows is nice to have.
