📋 Description

• Administer Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and Google Workspace across a fast-scaling global team • Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, and licensing across all three platforms • Resolve system requests and technical issues quickly to unblock teams and maintain operations • Optimize platform configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce friction • Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices across all tools • Support teams with onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience administering Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace in a professional environment • Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls, and platform security • Proactive problem-solving and ability to prioritize competing requests • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal oversight • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Experience supporting distributed, global teams is a strong plus
