📋 Description

• Own the quality and consistency of design outputs • Build brand systems that are well utilized • Create modular templates and briefing standards for designers • Put structure around AI usage for on-brand results • Define metrics for on-brand quality and track quality signals • Keep improving team processes and tool usage • Provide regular feedback and support designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience • Strong portfolio of digital work • Track record of building systems (templates, brand guidelines, component libraries) • Experience mentoring or supporting other designers • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
