📋 Description

• Maintain accurate, reliable data throughout the lead lifecycle • Establish data standards, deduplicate records, resolve integrity issues at their source, and manage record ownership • Manage user onboarding and deactivation, record reassignment, profiles, permission sets, and report folder access • Maintain and extend custom code, including Lightning Web Components, Apex controller classes, and Apex triggers • Build scalable Sales Cloud solutions using Flows and custom objects • Deploy changes through VS Code and the Salesforce CLI • Build and maintain custom reports, executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and pipeline and advisor transition forecasting components • Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for employees • Gather requirements, prioritize requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide training • Document code, data sources, calculated fields, manual inputs, and business rules • Maintain technical operating guides, SOPs, recorded walkthroughs, and a context library for employees and AI tools • Maintain and improve Salesforce connections with MuleSoft, QuickBooks, and DocuSign, including monitoring and error handling • Design and implement an integration to capture, categorize, and route Facebook and Instagram leads into Salesforce • Identify automation opportunities and develop workflows using Claude or other LLMs with Salesforce data • Apply data privacy and security controls and evaluate Agentforce for business value • Own Salesforce configuration, objects, fields, validation rules, security, and release management • Partner with leadership on the Salesforce roadmap and collaborate with external vendors • Work as an individual contributor with no direct reports, collaborating with the COO, CFO, senior data analyst, internal teams, and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience; exceptional candidates with somewhat less experience considered • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex controller classes, SOQL, Apex triggers, Flows, and custom object data modeling • Experience deploying changes through VS Code and the Salesforce CLI • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support users across the business • Ability to independently inherit, understand, document, maintain, and extend code developed by others • Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or native connectors • Strong experience building complex custom reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders • Willingness and ability to develop LLM-powered workflows against Salesforce data, with sound judgment regarding data privacy and security • Strong data management skills, including cleansing, migration, deduplication, record ownership, governance, and access controls • Ability to translate business requirements from nontechnical stakeholders into practical, maintainable technical solutions • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup • Availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern business hours • Only resumes submitted in English will be considered • Nice to have: hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered workflows using Claude or similar models, including prompt design and API-based orchestration • Nice to have: familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or other Salesforce AI capabilities • Nice to have: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant • Nice to have: experience supporting sales-driven environments, outbound calling teams, long sales cycles, or recruiting operations • Nice to have: experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial advisor transitions • Nice to have: familiarity with MuleSoft, QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, Meta lead generation, dialer tools, or payment platforms such as Stripe
