📋 Description

• Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products • Map and define dependencies between technical teams involved in building solutions for your team • Support the team with technical and business knowledge to carry out its activities • Propose and analyze the impacts of parameters and modules to be configured in the company’s systems • Map the current state of processes and systems with key stakeholders from business areas and identify improvements • Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery • Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and communicate them to the development team • Support the gathering of business and software requirements from internal and external users, translating them into system solutions • Support the preparation of business requirements, functional requirements, and user story documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Knowledge of bots • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Named Credentials and external services • Lightning Pages and record page layouts • Objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing • Automation and processes (Flow, approval processes) • REST integrations (HTTP), RestResource • Asynchronous processing (future methods, Queueables, Batch Apex, Schedules) • Apex • LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript • Scratch Orgs • Git, GitLab; merge conflict resolution • Knowledge and application of clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices
