📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform • Implement features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities • Work on initiatives involving Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud • Develop and enhance Case Management processes and customer service workflows • Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems • Participate in gathering and detailing technical and functional requirements • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of implemented solutions • Resolve incidents and provide environment support • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices • Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Salesforce development • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud • Experience with Case Management and customer service workflows • Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and platform automation • Experience with version control and deployment processes • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams • Experience with Agile methodologies • Salesforce certifications are a plus • Experience in financial institutions or insurance companies is a plus • Knowledge of Omnichannel is a plus • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus
