📋 Description

• Evaluate existing Salesforce org configuration, integrations, and data model • Identify technical gaps, scalability issues, and quick-win improvement opportunities • Define target-state recommendations for global rollout across Sales, Service, and Opportunity Management • Partner with the Data Strategist to align CRM and MDM approaches • Support documentation of sequencing, dependencies, and technical risk log

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud essential; Service Cloud a plus) • Strong understanding of global rollout strategies and org consolidation • Hands-on ability to analyze configuration and provide architecture-level insights • Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable recommendations
