📋 Description

• Act as a senior hands-on Workday specialist across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting • Configure, test, troubleshoot, enhance, release and provide operational support for Workday solutions • Own complex support topics and serve as an escalation point for analysts, support partners and stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable enhancements, automation opportunities and simplified process improvements • Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles, including preparation, testing, data quality, adoption and post-cycle optimisation • Evaluate vendors and solutions for the HR technology framework • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and TECH to align solutions with business, compliance and user needs • Support Workday releases, SOX activities, data privacy and compliance controls • Collaborate on Workday security configuration, reviews and continuous security improvements • Own or support small to medium HR technology projects from design through deployment, hypercare and operational handover • Create and maintain documentation, training and knowledge articles to improve adoption, support quality and enterprise consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of HR Technology, HRIS or Workday configuration experience • Strong Workday HCM knowledge and experience configuring, testing, releasing and supporting solutions in a global or multi-country environment • Exposure to Advanced Compensation, Talent and Recruiting preferred • Strong understanding of HR processes, Workday data structures, security, compliance, data privacy and system governance • Hands-on Workday security configuration experience is an advantage • Experience supporting HR technology projects across requirements, stakeholder alignment, solution challenge, testing, deployment, adoption and operational handover • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills • Experience with Workday AI capabilities, automation features or AI-enabled HR technology is a strong advantage • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project or support tools • Fluency in English required • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information discreetly and responsibly
