📋 Description

• Lead system integration and validation activities across complex products and technologies. • Lead system and product integration activities to optimize performance, functionality, and operational efficiency. • Manage system requirements, specifications, and requirement flow-down processes throughout the product lifecycle. • Drive system-level verification, validation, testing, and performance assessment activities. • Define technical requirements for modules, components, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners. • Manage interfaces between engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Lead risk assessments, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) evaluations, and technical trade-off decisions. • Maintain product configuration management and change control processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to communicate project strategies and technical outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • Have significant experience in Systems Engineering, Product Integration, Validation & Verification, or related engineering fields. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements management, and configuration management. • Have experience leading system-level testing and technical risk management activities. • Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Be an effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across global teams. • Have experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments and managing multiple priorities. • Be proficient with engineering tools, documentation practices, and project execution methodologies.
